Troy McWhinney, the Loveland programmer who together with his brother and dad changed the face of east Loveland, has been named Property Entrepreneur of the Year by Colorado State University's Everitt Property Center. He will be presented with the award Wednesday in CSU's 18th annual Northern Colorado Realestate Conference at Loveland's Embassy Suites convention center.
