The Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) had recently announced that starting from April 1, 2012; a new Australia immigration arrangement will be implemented, allowing people from China and other nationals in the People’s Republic of China to travel to Australia on Australia student visa without requiring having visa label in their passport.
