Guns in the incorrect hands threaten. Weapons need to only remain in the right hands. Which hands are the right hands? That is the question. Currently for the answer ... The right hands are the residents' hands. When the residents have weapons, there is freedom. When the federal government has a monopoly on guns, there is tyranny.
