Студия Fox все-таки уговорила режиссера «Хроники» Джошуа Транка заняться перезапуском комикса «Фантастическая четверка», тогда как для новой версии «Сорвиголовы» придется поискать постановщика: Дэвид Слэйд покинул проект. Сразу стоит оговориться, что уход Слэйда не был скандальным. Режиссер сейчас занят пилотным эпизодом сериала «Ганнибал», где молодого Лектера играет каннский лауреат Мадс Миккел
