DATA ADMINISTRATOR
The database administrators function is performed by a group of people whose experience level is generally greater than that required of any order groups within a data processing department.

It performs in service function within the organization. This function includes the provision of proper tools to the user community (e.g tools for accessing data ) creation of the database and ensuring security and integrity of the database and monitoring day to day operations on the database.


OPERATION MANAGER

The person in charge of the day to day. Running of the computer system is the operation manager, he or she allocates computer time to various programs and arranges for the maintenance and repairs, of the computer when necessary, the operational manager gets work.
To the computer operators and data preparation staff and supervises, the ordering of stationary and order supplies.

He should be, experienced in operational management, and should have attended various specialized short courses related to computer operations.

OTHER DATA PROCCESSING STAFF

Depending on the size of nature of the data processing department. There may be other jobs
to be done.
These includes that of file Liberian. If there is a large number of magnetic. disk or tapes files to look after ,data controller. If the flow of input data is particularly high and technique.
