Travis Cadman and his brother are from Red Deer, Alberta, but early on in their careers they moved to Phoenix, Arizona. They made this move in order to learn the most that they could about the real estate investment industry from an established and respected real estate agent in the area. Travis Cadman and his brother learned a great deal about renovating and developing properties for investment during that time. They would later return to Canada and eventually to Red Deer in order to further their real estate business. Travis Cadman helped to co-found real estate investment companies with his brother, Ron, including Investar, CBI Group Investments, and a single-family and multi-family home development company.
