The Irish Red Cross (IRC) too has of late stepped up its’ Niger Hunger Appeal to reach out to more number of people. As the situation has worsened in Niger and Sahel, the IRC is trying to collect more funds to assist the inflamed population of Niger to prevent a major humanitarian crisis.
