Royal Canadian Mint released a $2 circulation coin to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic on 20th October. The ceremony was held on HMCS Sackville, which was the last of 123 Canadian corvettes to sail in the Second World War. Many noted soldiers and veterans of the battle were present at the event.
