Santa Rosa, CA August 12, 2019 – Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven is located in the heart of wine country and prepares to celebrate its first anniversary! The staff and fans of Bollywood Bar are excited to be part of such a momentous occasion.

The restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa started as a dream to bring Indian hospitality to the city, with the aim to allow diners to partake in flavors and aromas that make Indian dishes unique.

Chef Niven Patel, responsible for giving every preparation a unique twist, said, “Our dishes are authentic, and allow diners to experience India without leaving the comforts of Santa Rosa. We are ecstatic at the response we have received from diners, who not only leave written feedback, but also come up to me and tell me that they found the Albacore Tuna Bhel or the vegan Channa Masala outstanding. It is always a pleasure to hear compliments, and makes us realize that we have accomplished what we set out to do – provide an authentic taste of India with a twist, and in a Bollywood setting!”
