5 Healthy Drinks to Consume While Navratri Fasting

Hydration while fasting, is a must. You don’t want to create a stumbling block for the functioning of your body’s cells. Moreover, while fasting you are naturally tempted to eat more, having enough water can control your hunger pangs. Coconut milk and nuts smoothie.

While nuts like soaked almonds, cashews, pistachios and walnuts will provide fibre, variety of vitamins and minerals, essential fatty acids, and energy.
