Jon Paul Robbins is a graduate of SUNY-Binghamton, having graduated with cum laude honors in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1973, he received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell University in New York, again graduating with distinction. He was even a member of the Order of the Coif during his time at Cornell University.
